Geronimo Commercial Properties is one of the largest real estate companies in Northern Central Massachusetts. We specialize in the development, leasing, and management of commercial properties for a wide range of national, regional, and local clients. 

Aside from owning, managing, and leasing over a half million square feet of space in a variety of retail centers and free-standing buildings, Geronimo Commercial Properties is also one of the most active real estate companies in the region. We often have a number of projects being developed at any given time, and are involved in an upscale residential condominium development.

Our Team

Paul serves on a number of area boards, most notably the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce and the Worcester Art Museum. He has over twenty five years of retail, commercial, and residential real estate development and asset management experience. 

Laura is responsible for directing all Leasing and Marketing operations at Geronimo Commercial Properties.  She is active in the community and offers local knowledge to prospective and current retailers.  

Karen is the Administrative Project Coordinator and accounts payable clerk for Geronimo Properties.  Karen brings a wide range of skills to the Geronimo Team. 

Derek is the Operations Manager for Geronimo Properties and oversees all maintenance and operation projects on all of our locations.  

Amanda is Geronimo Properties newest member. She has six years experience in bookkeeping and has lots to offer.
