2017 Re-investment in this center included a complete façade renovation, new parking design, relocated egress, and enhanced landscaping. This re-development created a modern and inviting experience for the retailers and the customers.

Two & Twelve Realty

2014 brought major transformation to the center and this retail corridor. This re-development brought cutting edge design elements, as well as complete egress and parking re-design. Enhancing the center and respecting the trade area.

Johnny Appleseed

In 2016 the entire parking area was re-designed with a new egress location, all new landscaping, infrastructure and pavement. Shortly follow was the development of 3 commercial spaces, maximizing the use of the space, while appreciating the need for an open and welcoming space.

23 Realty

This 2016 re-development of this shopping center focused on modernizing the look of the center, and maximizing the centers prime location and visibility. The all glass floor to ceiling storefronts spotlight the retailers, draw the customer.

Franklin Electric

This 2017 investment successfully transformed an old, unused gas station into a brand new, beautifully designed coffee shop that features both dine-in and drive-through options for the convenience of customers.

Air 22 LLC

Advance Auto Parts opened in 2023, along with the development of an 1800 square foot Domino’s Pizza due to open in 2025. Significant investments to improve the center’s overall appeal and function include: the addition of new pylon signage, fresh pavement and infrastructure, as well as two convenient egress points, and beautifully updated landscaping. These upgrades position our retailers for success, and create an enhanced environment for patrons of the center and community.
